Join me each Wednesday evening in January for a 45-minute somatic grounding class, in which we will explore the use of breath and movement practices to calm, ground and regulate our nervous systems.

I will be drawing from my toolbox of exercises and each week will have a different theme with different ways to access internal spaciousness and ease.

These sessions will be guided and neuroaffirming.

These classes are free and offered on a drop-in basis. You can register for one or all four.
